The Battle of Polytopia is a turn-based 4X approach game developed by Swedish gaming firm Midjiwan AB. Players play as part of sixteen tribes to design an empire and defeat opponents in a low poly square-shaped earth. Players can play against bots or human opponents, local or online. This game is a very addictive game and one that will suck you in for hours on end.
As stated above you can play against another player or against the AI. That being said the AI is very smart, smarter then I gave it credit for at the beginning. I liked getting a challenge, I would be lying if I say I didn't lose a few times. I went into this game thinking that it was like other games of the type and boy was I wrong! All in all this game is fun , I love spending any free time I have playing this game. I definitely recommend this game if you want a leisurely game for your free time.
I really like this game but it is a game that after a few hours will get boring. When playing this game I usually play about an hour or two at a time so that I don't get to overwhelmed by this game. I truly recommend this game, hope you guys take the time and try it out.
