Samsung Increase Customer Care Touch points Throughout The U.S.

This is HUGE news, Samsung has now increased their customer care through out the U.S. Starting on March 15th Samsung customers will be able to bring their Galaxy devices (i.e. phones, tablets, etc.) to over 300 uBreakiFix located in the U.S. for same day support and they will have it done in two hours or less. Samsung is planning to release this program to the whole country by the end of the 2018 year. Galaxy owners can schedule an appointment online or drop off their phone without an appointment.

“At Samsung, our goal is to provide Samsung Galaxy owners with a customer first care experience that is as innovative as our products,” said Michael Lawder, Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America. “This announcement marks a fundamental shift in our care offerings to consumers and underscores our commitment to provide Samsung customers with support anywhere, anytime our customers need it.”

The Samsung Care authorized service locations will provide front and back screen replacements, battery replacements, port and camera repairs, and other in and out-of-warranty support services to the following Samsung phones:
  • Galaxy S9 and S9+
  • Galaxy S8 and S8+
  • Galaxy S7 and S7 edge
  • Galaxy S6 and S6+
  • Galaxy Note8 and Note5
This is one of the best things that Samsung could've done for Galaxy users. The only thing is that will Samsung use your cell carriers insurance or will you have to pay out of pocket? That is the question that everyone will have. Also if you need any further information here are the links:
